 Special Session on Cyberinfrastructure organized by T. Papanicolaou and M. Muste. 
The session will gather 9 original and innovative papers that describe integrated watershed tools used in hydraulic and environmental engineering.  The session will inform hydraulic engineers and geo-hydro-scientists of opportunities provided by dynamic watershed tools enhanced with synergistic and
symbiotic feedback control-loops for data flow and analysis.
