Webcam
This webcam points northward from the C. Maxwell Stanley Hydraulics Laboratory, home to The University of Iowa’s IIHR—Hydroscience & Engineering. It captures a live view of the campus and the beautiful Iowa River, which is central to city and university life.
From this vantage one can see the University’s English-Philosophy Building. Beyond the distant river span—the Iowa Avenue Bridge—is Hancher Auditorium, which will soon be replaced by a new performing arts center designed by world-renowned architect Cesar Pelli. The white building at top-center of this view is the Levitt Center for University Advancement.
