Feeding the World: Challenges to Water Quality & Quantity

Thursday, April 9, Old Brick Church & Community Center, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

The Public Policy Center, in partnership with the UI Water Sustainability Initiative, is hosting a special session on the interface of food production, agriculture and water quality.  The symposium will include several speakers and panelists with diverse perspectives on the past, present and sustainable future of food production in Iowa.

The symposium “Feeding the World: Challenges for Water Quality and Quantity” will be held Thursday, April 9, 2015 at the Old Brick Church and Community Center in Iowa City.  Cost is $25.00 for general attendees, FREE for students with a $10 lunch option.
