How to...
Register your company
- select REGISTER (on the right side of the screen)
- fill in the requested information (the database prompts inadequate input information)
- save registration information using Save
Add an instrument
- if you're not already logged in: select Login, enter your username/password and log in
- select MANAGE INSTRUMENTS; Some general instrument specifications
(e.g., category, principles, etc) are displayed automatically.
If your new instrument does not match the listed categories, use the Other window which allows you
to enter new specifications that will be automatically added to the existing specifications)
- save the information using Save Instrument
Changing Specifications of Existing Database Instruments
- if you're not already logged in: select Login,
enter your username/password and log in
- select MANAGE INSTRUMENTS (the instruments previously added by the respective company
representative which can be updated now)
- save the information using Save Instrument
Change your company info
- if you're not already logged in: select Login,
enter your username/password and log in
- select MANAGE COMPANY INFO
- save the changed information using Update
Change your password
- if you're not already logged in: select Login,
enter your username/password and log in
- select MANAGE USER INFO
- save the changed information using Update
Notes:
- After logging in, the manufacturer contact person has access only
at the information added previously by him/her.
- UserID and user name are two distinct properties. The user name is in fact the contact person
in charge with the database designated by the manufacturer company. The userID and password are
his/her properties. Consequently, the contact name can be modified from the "MANAGE COMPANY INFO",
whereas contact person's info can be changed from "MANAGE USER INFO"
